Our first run of peach brandy for 2009. It’s going really well. The peach brandy has a real nice nose to it and a light peach aroma smell. Mountain Grove Cellars is making peach brandy this year. This process begins in the field where our field crew does a professional job pruning, spraying and maintaining the crop.
