Mercy has launched a new approach to behavioral health access. It’s teaming up with Concert Health as part of an approach known as Collaborative Care Management. The goal is to allow patients access to behavioral health services through their primary care provider and reduce wait times.

Full- and part-time employees, as well as members of their household, may also access mental health services through our Mercy EAP (employee assistance program), and full-time employees and members of their household, also have an option of accessing a secondary EAP through our partnership with UNUM (our Term Life insurance provider).
