Full-time – Distribution Career Development Program
Description
Are you ready to be fully immersed in Distribution and Supply Chain Management?
Do you want to be a leader and part of a successful, innovative team?
You’ll gain valuable experience in our 6 – 9 month rotational Distribution Career Development Program. Participants are mentored by a Senior-Level Manager in Distribution throughout the duration of the program. In addition, you will also be assigned an on-site Development Program Mentor to enhance your growth and development. You will also be placed into a Distribution Center with the title of a “Center of Excellence” for the completion of your Development Program to ensure the highest level of training.
The Distribution Career Development Program lasts 6 – 9 months, and during that time you will be exposed to the day-to-day operations of a Distribution Center. These day-to-day operations are the foundation of a successful Distribution Center, and are essential to your growth and training as a Supervisor. The full-time program consists of a combination of structured rotational assignments in:

10 Week College Distribution Leader Internship

Do you want a glimpse into the inner workings of our Distribution Center operations?
Are you interested in pursuing a career in Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management?
You’ll gain valuable on-the-job experience while getting an introduction to our fast-paced, exciting culture by working alongside key players on our management team. To ensure the highest level of training you will be interning in one of our “Centers of Excellence”, meaning an on-site Development Program Mentor will help guide your learning and success.
The Distribution Leader Internship begins in June and ends in August. During our 10-week paid Internship, you will be exposed to the day-to-day operations of a distribution center. Our comprehensive internship program provides training in areas such as:
