The Branson Lakes/Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is looking to hire a full-time digital marketing coordinator.
Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functions in accordance with BLACC/CVB Operational Guidelines and within his/her professional code of ethics.
- Maintains a professional, courteous manner while conducting business inside and outside of the organization.
- Participates in and contributes to the various staff development activities of the BLACC/CVB.
- Is sensitive to and responsive to management needs.
- Participates in all required meetings.
- Regularly participates in evaluation of self in regard to job performance.
- Performs other special functions that may from time to time, be outlined and attached hereto.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Maintains and updates information on ExploreBranson.com, including show schedules and calendar of events
- Strives to ensure the most up-to-date information is available on ExploreBranson.com
- Coordinates industry web advertising program
- Takes incoming tele-response calls when primary agent is on break or at lunch. Serves as backup tele-response agent only when other backup staff are unavailable, by responding to consumer requests for information via telephone, and online chat. Accurately, quickly and courteously receive incoming telephone calls, e-mails, online postings and written correspondence, concerning the Branson destination, extracting the maximum amount of essential information in a minimum amount of time.
- Serve as an information resource regarding Branson area businesses and activities to the general public
- Accurately and quickly utilize computer-aided database to record requests for information from the general public. Locate, pack and mail requested information and materials.

DESIRABLE EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Has experience with CMS systems like Drupal
- Has experience with CRM systems
·At least one year of customer service experience
- Associates degree in a related field Or,
- Any combination of education, training or experience that would quality the individual for the position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Performs bending, squatting, sorting, kneeling, and reaching to ground level and overhead as required for such tasks as retrieving files.
- Ability to lift, grasp, carry, push or pull up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs while carrying objects up to 30 pounds in weight.
- Must be able to hold and grip objects.
- May be subject to sitting for long periods of time.
- Visual ability sufficient to operate a computer.
- Hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person and by telephone.
