Bob Semyck of Willow Mountain Mushrooms http://www.willowmountainmushrooms.com/ dropped off the second group of mushroom kits and looked at the growth of the first ones he dropped off last Wednesday. It looks like we will be harvesting some oyster mushrooms tomorrow and some baby bella / cremini mushrooms early next week (or possibly this weekend). A couple of slugs harvested some of the mushrooms on their own! We will need to keep an eye on this. Otherwise, the humidity and temperature are at recommended levels and the systems looks good.
