The Marketing & Business Development Manager will work with the existing marketing team in all aspects of external and internal marketing, including strategic growth, client and prospect pursuits, trade associations and publications, advertising, collateral management, strategic research, conference planning, firm wide initiatives and quality control. This individual will work with the Springfield, Branson and Joplin, Missouri offices on revenue growth goals and brand development and awareness and will help develop strategies and tactics to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities & Education/Experience Requirements
- Work with the office leaders on revenue ideas, opportunities and new markets
- Support assigned industries by developing strategic growth plans and tracking plan progress
- Support thought leadership activities including social media, articles, webinars and videos
- Provide support for key client and prospect pursuits
- Coordinate marketing and thought leadership activities through associations and publications
- Assist with internal and external conference planning and logistics
- Assist industry professionals with market and competition intelligence and analysis
- Education – A degree in marketing or communications and two years of experience is preferred; experience in marketing professional services, especially accounting, and working with Salesforce or a CRM is a plus
