o Our business team at Sprint is comprised of outside sales account executives who meet with C-Level decision makers to uncover needs within the organization and drive value in the sales process. The most successful AE’s at Sprint are masters of the entire sales process. They’re fanatical prospectors, brilliant marketers, succinct presenters, and fluent closers. We look for the top 10% of sales people, help them become the top 1%, and they get paid aggressively in pursuit of that mission. Specifically, AE’s are responsible for generating leads and prospecting leads already provided, running discovery meetings, presenting proposals, conducting demos, closing deals, and ensuring customer success.
