First Microgreens Harvested

The Hong Vit Radish microgreens were harvested today.  One cutting produced 30 grams of greens.  The salad mix will be the next crop ready to harvest.

Greens were cut and packaged.
Today’s harvest was 30 grams. 15 grams of seeds were planted on 8-7-18 and harvested on 8-22-18.
