Wellness Works

CHIP is Back!

June 8, 2017 by Benjamin Hunt

CHIP Program

The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) will be offered this summer!

Employee Wellness is excited to offer CHIP!  This program is based on solid research and a whole-person approach to living.  The goal of CHIP is to prevent and reverse chronic diseases by teaching participants how to choose foods that provide optimal nutrition, how to cook these foods, and how to shop for these foods.  Additionally, participants learn how healthy choices affect their body, mind and spirit in a positive way.

Free Information Sessions
Join us for a free CHIP informational session where you will learn more details about everything the CHIP program has to offer.  We’ll review the complete session schedule, provide details on the health screenings, show you what your CHIP kit will contain, and also show you results of the lifestyle changes others have achieved by completing the CHIP program!  Additionally, CHIP-friendly hors d’oeuvres will be served at each information session.  Please register through the Learning Management System.

Location:  Plaster Student Union 312
 – June 22,  12:00 – 12:45 p.m.
 – June 27,  12:00 – 12:45 p.m.
