Greetings! The Banner upgrades have been completed and verified by Computer Services personnel. The system became available for use at 9:28 AM.

On Sunday, March 29, 2020, the following systems will be upgraded and therefore unavailable:
- 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. – The Banner database, the underlying Oracle database, Argos, AppMan, and all other systems reliant upon the database will be unavailable.
- 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Please restrict your activity to reporting via Argos or view-only access via My Missouri State. System availability might be intermittent during the upgrade.
There will be no impact to other systems such as: University networks, phone systems, main websites, Blackboard, Office 365, email services, CashNet, video surveillance systems, electronic door access systems, and the application for admission.
To maintain the University’s technology infrastructure at the level required to ensure reliable and secure delivery of services and technologies, Information Services will be applying updates to the Banner environment on Sunday morning.

Help Desk and Open-Access Lab Modified Hours
To support our Bears, the Help Desk and Meyer Library Open-Access Computer Lab will remain open to current students, faculty, and staff via Bearpass cards during posted hours. Cheek and Glass Hall computer labs and the remaining areas in Meyer Library are closed.
We provide remote technical assistance through chat, email, or by phone, or you can submit a request for help through the Help Desk Service Portal.
