UPDATE: Banner services are now fully available and performance issues have been resolved. This issue was caused by an intermittent hardware failure on a port connecting a storage array to production servers. The failure has now been resolved. We are receiving reports of general slowness with My Missouri State and other Banner-related systems along with intermittent service issues.
