Dynamic Forms is back temporarily. The software vendor for Dynamic Forms is struggling with cloud hosting issues. They assure us a permanent fix is in the works that should resolve the recent outages. If more outages happen, we’ll keep it posted here.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Dynamic Forms service, which includes online PAF forms. Please do not use Dynamic Forms until further notice.

VPN service has been resolved.  Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Overnight, many people received duplicate emails with reminders of timesheet submission deadlines. We are working with the software vendor, Ellucian, to determine what caused the problem. We realize the extra emails were unwelcome and we regret the inconvenience.
