The phone switch serving the West Plains campus is currently experiencing failures this morning. Users are receiving a “fast busy” signal when attempting to call in or out of the West Plains campus. Networking and Telecommunications staff are currently investigating and will restore services as soon as possible.
The data network for Park Central Office Building is currently unavailable. This outage will affect access to the Internet, servers, wireless, printing, VoIP phones and any other services that rely on the data network. Analog phones are not affected. Staff have been dispatched to the site and will restore services as soon as possible.
